We’ve been slowly grinding to bring you The Backhouse Baker Bros concept since it was first envisioned on April 6th 2024. After a few hang-ups with securing a fit and feasible brick and mortar location, we decided that it was best to build it from the ground up, no matter how small-scale we needed to operate

Our new approach was to build it “brick-by-brick, 1 pizza at a time”, “on our spare time and on our own dime.” We embarked on a mission to work around our busy schedules, start an independent business from the ground up, while not taking on any debt. Thus the “Brick-by-Brick and Mortar” campaign was born for our supporters to take part and follow us on our journey from small pop-up shop to brick-and-mortar store, one small milestone at a time.

Our view since day 1 has been that every family deserves a pizza night. As children of hard-working parents, some of our fondest memories come from days where our parents were finally clocked out and coming home with a box of hot and fresh pizza.

Fast forward to today, a lot of hard-working families are getting priced out of that same experience and we aim to fix that by bringing some of our favorite, elite quality pizza styles at a super affordable price.
